Warranty & RMA Policy
1. WARRANTY
  • Gamma Nu Theta warrants that: (a) all of its products shall be free from defects in workmanship, materials, design, and fabrication, for a period of twelve(12) months from the date of shipment of the Product to Buyer, (b) materially conform to any specifications and documentation related to such Products, (c) shall be free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, Gamma Nu Theta hereby warranting to Buyer good and merchantable title thereto, and (d) shall be fit for the use indicated in the Buyer approved specifications and documentation. If product is found to be defective, written notice of nonconformance must be sent to Gamma Nu Theta within twelve(12) months from date of shipment to receive an RMA number. Gamma Nu Theta will only accept packages with an RMA number clearly labeled on the outside of the box. Any product returned must follow the RMA guidelines, be sent freight prepaid and shipped in appropriate shipping containers to protect the product. Gamma Nu Theta reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any product returned under warranty.
  • The warranty does not apply to any products Gamma Nu Theta determines to have been subject to misuse or damage from the assembly.
  • In no event shall Gamma Nu Theta be liable for any loss of anticipated profits, loss of use, or for the incidental or consequential damages. Buyer waives any right, extending beyond the foregoing warranty to claim negligence in design, material or workmanship.
2. RMA Instructions
  • RMA Procedures

    - When a defective is identified, the customer is required to report through Gamma Nu Web site or Phone. Our technical support team will review the problem and contact the customer if our technical support team is able to resolve the problem immediately. Otherwise, RMA will be issued.

    - RMA number will be validated for 10days from issuance date.

    - Customer must pack and send the merchandise freight pre-paid to Gamma Nu. The RMA # must be displayed/written on the outside of all packages and return to address below:
    1) CNR International Inc.
    2) c/o Gamma Nu Theta Inc., Engineering Dept.
    3) 2626 Vista Industria, Compton, CA 90221

    - Gamma Nu will diagnose/evaluate the returned product to determine if returned products are defective or operable.

    - Upon completion of the evaluation, Gamma Nu will contact Customer either through e-mail or phone with the results of the evaluation.

    - In case of no trouble-finding, the shipper will bear accrued expense.

3. Return for Credit : Products may be returned for credit when the return request meets following condition
  • Products return request must be made within 6 calendar month period from the original ship date.
  • When the request from purchasing party is accepted by Gamma Nu, all product must be in re-sellable condition and will be reviewed and inspected. After inspection, a credit/refund will be determined and issued with a min 25% restocking fee based on evaluation of the returned products condition.
  • Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling cost.

RMA Procedures – Please Read Carefully
Our goal is that Gamma Nu Theta will try our best our to accommodate your RMA request timely and seamlessly, in order to achieve our goal in RMA process.

1. All fields in below form must be completed. Omitted or illegible information may cause delay or refusal of RMA. A detailed description is required for RMA approval.
2.Send us scan or picture of this completed request form to: support@gammanu.com
3.RMA/Tech support team will review the request and Email back an RMA number or reason for denial.
4.Once an RMA number is issued you must return your product to GAMMA NU THETA within 7-10 days or the RMA will expire. Shipping address can be found at the bottom of this form.
5.RMA number must appear on outside of package or package will be refused.
